It featured complimentary water too. the cleanliness, especially the bathroom, was commendable. i appreciate easy access to the pimlico tube station. It simplifies travel. the beds were comfortable, i rested peacefully each night.
The coffee machine faced heavy usage during breakfast. Another one would reduce waiting.

I was able to leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. It allowed me to explore without any extra weight.

I found the location really good, with pimlico station just a couple of minutes away and victoria station a short walk too. anna, the duty manager, and all the reception staff were very friendly. They assisted me with everything i needed. breakfast was both filling and tasty.

mixed feelings about this stay

the room felt cramped no real space for luggage i ended up tripping over my suitcase more than once also the breakfast room felt chaotic and overcrowded like a rugby scrum for sausages finding a clean table was a sport in itself
